Our newest channel partner IMS Inventory Management Solution, is led by Suzanne Pedone, a dynamic leader. Suzanne loves sports, and she always uses sports analogies to discuss the work of inventory auditing. No wonder she can deliver excellence for so many years.
Here are some of her favorite quotes:
“ABILITY IS WHAT YOU’RE CAPABLE OF DOING. MOTIVATION DETERMINES WHAT YOU DO. ATTITUDE DETERMINES HOW WELL YOU DO IT.” — LOU HOLTZ
“INDIVIDUAL COMMITMENT TO A GROUP EFFORT – THAT IS WHAT MAKES A TEAM WORK, A COMPANY WORK, A SOCIETY WORK, A CIVILATION WORK” – VINCE LOMBARDI

As a provider of asset management software, we believe the software is only a small piece of the requirements to support good asset management practices. Enterprise asset management requires the organization and its people to understand, adopt, and implement a set of standard business processes. One of the business processes is the inventory audit process. We typically suggest to our customers that they should complete the inventory audit and be trained in the business processes before they import the asset data into our software eQuip!. Without good data and business processes, the software can’t deliver much value.
The inventory audit work is necessary, although it is tedious. It requires efficiency and expertise to perform it effectively. That’s why we partner with a few good companies to provide this service. Recently, we just launched our partnership with IMS Inventory Management Solution. We are very excited about the partnership. IMS has great reputation in the industry. Many organizations have trusted them over the years to reconcile their fixed asset records. They have worked with a wide range of organizations including those in military, nonprofit, manufacturing, healthcare, banking industries and education. Since inception, they have conducted inventories of over 100 billion dollars in assets and have saved company’s thousands of dollars in property taxes, insurance premiums, and staffing.
The President and CEO of IMS, Suzanne Pedone, is passionate about helping her clients to save money and achieve return on investment in technology. When Suzanne reviews our software, she gets down to the bottom of each feature, and thinks about how it can help the customers save time in managing assets. Her relentless focus on delivering value to customers is truly inspiring. She started her career in warehouse management. It’s the vision for providing customers a turnkey inventory management solution that has led her to build this business.
Her vision and her attitude are contagious. Her customers have come back year after year for her services. Because they realize completing asset inventory audits is part of winning in their business.
“SOME PEOPLE WANT IT TO HAPPEN; SOME WISH IT WOULD HAPPEN AND OTHER MAKE IT HAPPEN” – MICHAEL JORDAN
